    Depth and discipline. Probably the most important thing I've learned so far in my travels. Discipline in a portfolio's instance is what to put on and what to leave out. The easy answer is to put the strongest work up and leave out the rest. The tricky part to that, is working in an agency, many projects are revolved around a campaign or a client that has AOR (Agency of Record) status...meaning they fit nicely under the clients own umbrella and are best suited showing as a whole. 

    Well, this is the area that have projects that are no less important then the above, but are "one off" in nature. I'm a creative person...so there's always one more thing to show off...
